  2. as many products are 3D printed, minor variations in finish may occur
  3. product images are for illustration purposes and may not always show every exact variation
  4. dimensions and specifications should be checked carefully before ordering

We reserve the right to update, change or remove products at any time without notice.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  1. a product is unavailable
  2. there has been an error in pricing or product information
  3. we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
  4. we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue an appropriate refund.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices shown on the website are listed in GBP sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery charges.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed and accepted.

Payments must be made using the payment methods offered on the website at the time of purchase.

6. Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe shown on the website where possible. However, dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  3. made to order production times
  4. courier delays
  5. circumstances outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier companies, customs processes or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.

7. Custom and made to order items

Some Layered Works products may be produced to order, printed in selected colours, or made to specific requirements.

Where products are made to order or customised:

  1. production times may vary
  2. slight cosmetic differences may occur as part of the 3D printing process
  3. such products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or not as described

Please check product details carefully before ordering.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may need to be treated as a return and handled in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. clear photographs where relevant

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for its intended use.

We are not responsible for loss, damage or injury caused by:

Customers should use all products safely and responsibly.
