Protect and organise your compatible DeWalt 18V XR or 54V XR FlexVolt battery with this flexible TPU magnetic battery cover and storage organiser. Designed to fit around the lower section of the battery, it provides a softer protective base while helping keep batteries neatly positioned inside suitable steel toolbox drawers and tool chests.
The cover is 3D printed from flexible TPU material, giving it a rubber-like finish that helps protect the bottom and lower edges of the battery from everyday knocks, scrapes and contact with hard workshop surfaces.
Choose from a version with no magnets, 2 magnets or 4 magnets. The magnetic options use powerful 32x8mm magnets, each rated by the manufacturer with a pulling force of up to 32kg under ideal conditions.

The 32kg figure is the magnet manufacturer’s rating under ideal direct-contact test conditions. It is not the guaranteed holding force of the finished battery holder. Actual performance will depend on the thickness and type of steel, paint, coatings, drawer liners, surface condition, contact area, battery weight and storage angle.

The magnetic versions are designed primarily for use inside steel toolbox drawers, tool chests and other stable flat steel storage areas. The magnets help keep the battery in a dedicated position and reduce movement when drawers are opened and closed.

- Drawer liners, paint, coatings and uneven surfaces can reduce magnetic hold
- Magnets will not attach to plastic, aluminium, wood or non-magnetic materials
- Thin steel may provide less magnetic attraction than thicker steel
- Sideways holding performance will vary between surfaces
- Always test the holder carefully before regular use
Important: do not use the holder to suspend a battery overhead, upside down or in any location where it could fall onto a person, vehicle, tool or valuable surface.

Made To Order
This product is 3D printed from flexible TPU and made to order.
Small layer lines, minor stringing, surface marks, texture differences or colour shade variations may be visible due to the TPU printing process. These are normal characteristics of 3D printed flexible products and do not affect normal use.
Colour Options
The battery cover will be supplied in the colour selected from the variation menu.
Colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, screen settings and filament batches.
